Volunteer Expectations
- Commitment: Fulfill your agreed volunteer responsibilities, communicate your availability, and notify your supervisor if you are unable to attend or complete a task.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive, supportive attitude, and represent USH in a respectful manner.
- Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of members, staff, and sensitive information you may encounter.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with staff, other volunteers, and community members, valuing different perspectives and skills.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of everyone in our community.
- Feedback and Growth: Be open to constructive feedback and seek opportunities for personal and collective growth.
- Compliance: Adhere to USH policies and procedures, including those regarding conduct, harassment, and non-discrimination.
