Mindfulness and Art – Library

Mindfulness and Art is a program of activities designed to bring together meditative and creative energies.  Sarah Krippenstapel and Miriam Byroade are going to present activities that incorporate movement and self-reflection. This program is for  people with any level of visual arts experience and ability. Pencils, paper, and more will be available but all are welcome to bring their own art materials.
