Navigators USA Scouting is a secular, inclusive, all gender Scouting organization with approximately 300 active chapters nationwide. Chapter 451 started this fall in the Greater Hartford area. One of the 2 co-leaders, Barbara Mellen, and her child attend USH. The troop currently has 14 Navigators and is open to any child, age 4 and up, interested in inclusive Scouting.
